In one of our tutorials we show how to import the OpenAPI specifications of the PTV Developer APIs in Postman. Then you are able to quickly test the different services by sending requests and analyzing the responses.
Moreover, for some PTV Developer APIs we now provide specific Postman collections. The included sample requests are easily to modify according to your needs. The big advantage of these collections is that the result will be visualized like a route or reachable area displayed on a map or the optimized bins arranged on a loading space. That makes the analysis of the response much easier (see below as an example optimized bins by using the ‘Visualize’ tab in Postman).
The available Postman collections can be downloaded from GitHub. Just follow the instructions at the end of the above mentioned tutorial and try it out!
